About Whittle Dene Reservoirs

The Northern, Lower and Great Southern reservoirs offer different styles of bank fishing. Roadside banks on the Northern and Lower lakes provide the easiest access, while the quieter Great Southern reservoir is reached by a walk of roughly 10 to 15 minutes. Roach, perch and skimmers form the main coarse stock, with the far banks of the upper waters often associated with larger fish. The site is open throughout the year during daylight hours.
