About Raemoir Trout Fishery
The fishery occupies a naturalised site around a mile from Banchory and is known for surface activity and productive fly hatches. Fly sessions normally do not require advance booking, while the two-hour bait-fishing slots should be reserved to avoid disappointment. Rods can be hired for both methods and regulars and staff assist less experienced visitors. Public opening days are currently restricted during part of the week, although club members can arrange access on selected closed days.
