About Llyn Brenig

Llyn Brenig is best known for fly fishing and has around 23km of shoreline. The reservoir is stocked weekly with rainbow trout from March to September and also holds brown trout. Fishing permits can be bought online in advance, from the on-site fishing shop by contactless payment or from permit machines in the car park. Pike fishing is offered seasonally, typically from October into March, with bank, hire-boat and overnight options published by the fishery. The site also has a lakeside cafe, specialist fishing shop and accessible Wheelyboats available by arrangement.
