White Springs Fishery venue rules

All visitors must report to the site shop before passing the gates. General rules require suitable fish-care equipment, a landing net and an unhooking mat or cradle appropriate to the water. Nets must be dipped on arrival, rods must not be left unattended and fixed leads or fixed rigs are prohibited. Lake-specific rules also apply. The Big Pit allows two rods and bait boats but bans barbed and micro-barbed hooks. The Specimen Lake allows up to three rods, requires a minimum 42-inch landing net and uses micro-barbed hooks under its own published rules.
