About Willinghurst Fishery
The large Surrey Hills complex includes specimen waters such as Main Lake, Christmas Tree and Horseshoe, together with match and pleasure lakes including Top, Old, New and John's Match Lake. Stocks cover carp, F1s, crucians, bream, tench, roach, perch and barbel, with the Main Lake holding carp reported to around 40lb. Fishing takes place from banks or purpose-built platforms depending on the lake. Day tickets are collected from the bay-lift, while 24-hour and match arrangements should be checked against the current estate rules. Half Moon Lake is presently shown as closed on the official venue page.
