About Naseby Reservoir
The reservoir covers about 93 acres when full and is stocked with Fishers Pond strain carp to more than 40lb, with the Trust describing typical carp in the 18lb to 30lb range. Naseby also has a large roach population and has historically produced pike above 30lb. When water levels are high, platforms on the dam wall provide some of the more accessible fishing; during summer and autumn the level can fall far enough for anglers to fish from the mainly gravel reservoir bed. Permits are purchased online through the Catch booking system.
