The complex caters primarily for experienced carp anglers, with fish in the mid-50lb class reported from its most demanding waters. Mallard is a larger runs-style lake, while Kingfisher and Swan are reserved for anglers capable of safely handling very large carp. Visitors purchase tickets at reception before selecting an available peg. Facilities include toilets, showers, a tackle shop, cleaning and charging stations and Benson's Cafe.
