About Castle Loch Fishery
Castle Loch Fishery is an approximately 200-acre natural coarse fishery at Lochmaben in Dumfries and Galloway. The water is known for specimen bream, tench, carp and pike, with roach and perch also present. It is a natural loch rather than a heavily stocked commercial fishery, so fishing can be challenging and results are not guaranteed. Day permits must be purchased before fishing and season permits are also available.
