Upper Farm Fishery is a spring-fed one-acre mixed carp and coarse water divided into two connected ponds. Graham's Pond covers about 0.6 acres, reaches around five feet deep and has 11 swims, including level step-free pegs suitable for wheelchair users. Tony's Pond is around 0.4 acres, reaches approximately six feet and has nine swims. The fishery reports more than 200 carp together with roach, rudd, perch, bream, tench and chub. Facilities include a 20-space car park, toilet with hot and cold water, free WiFi and an on-site tackle and camping shop. Fishing can be booked online or permits purchased on arrival.

Upper Farm Fishery venue rules

Upper Farm's rules were updated on 12 July 2026. Anglers need a valid Environment Agency rod licence and must use barbless hooks only. All forms of braid, including braided main line, leaders and hooklengths, are prohibited. A landing net and unhooking mat are compulsory, with a maximum of two rods on ordinary permits. Keepnets, unattended rods, nuts, bait boats and wading are prohibited. Fish must be returned promptly and photographs taken with the angler kneeling over an unhooking mat.
