About Hartley Lands Fishery

Bramley, Nick's and Pear Tree are established specimen carp lakes with fish reported into the upper 30lb range. Henniker is a low-stock, two-swim specimen pond. Reservoir is an 18-swim carp and coarse water containing carp, bream, perch, tench, roach and rudd, while Finches focuses on silver fish and mixed coarse species. Samson is a 20-swim coarse lake aimed at easier pleasure fishing. Sessions are booked in advance, but individual swims are selected on a first-come basis after arrival.

The whole complex has a maximum of two rods. Nets, slings and mats must arrive completely dry and then be disinfected in the fishery dips.
