About Coppice Lake

The Worcestershire pool was created in 1990 and is managed by Birmingham Anglers Association as an individual-angling water. Its varied depth runs from approximately 3 feet to 8 feet, and the association lists carp, bream, tench, roach and perch among the stock. Coppice has a reputation for specimen carp reaching about 25lb. Access is through the signed Dormston route and the locked fishery gate identified on the official venue page.

Coppice Lake venue rules

Coppice Lake is for Birmingham Anglers Association members only and day permits are not available. Night fishing requires a separate permit from BAA headquarters and is limited to six permits per night. Carp must not be retained in keepnets, the access gate must be kept closed, and anglers must take all litter home.
