About Manor Farm Leisure
Manor Farm Leisure's Windmill Lakes complex near Evesham covers approximately 30 acres and contains six stillwaters: Windmill Lake, Boundary Pool, Bottom Pool, Middle Pool, Island Pool and Ash Pool. The waters cater for pleasure anglers, clubs and regular matches, with stocks including carp, tench, bream, roach, perch, skimmers, ghost carp and golden orfe. Day tickets are available on the bank and the lakes remain open throughout the year, but night fishing is not permitted. An on-site tackle and bait shop and a morning café serve the complex. The venue's former River Avon fishing closed permanently in November 2025 and should no longer be treated as an available water.
