The lake forms part of the separate Eldorado day-ticket complex within the wider Anglers Paradise estate. It is aimed at anglers equipped to handle powerful carp and catfish rather than casual mixed-coarse sessions. Current rules require barbless hooks, strong mainline, suitable coated materials for catfish rigs and proper landing and unhooking equipment.
