The complex contains a broad mix of commercial coarse and match waters, with the current site listing Holbar, Marsh Canal, Pine, Piper, Ribbon, Gold, Spey Canal, the Coveys, Tweed and Willow among its named waters. Holbar provides the more specialist carp option, while Gold is reserved for Gold members and has 45 pegs with carp to around 22lb, perch, tench, crucians and silver fish. Ordinary day tickets can be bought online in advance, with any remaining tickets available from the tackle shop on the day. The site also has a lakeside cafe and an on-site tackle and bait shop.

Partridge Lakes Fishery venue rules

The fishery's published 2026 rules require a valid Environment Agency rod licence and state that night fishing is not permitted. General fishing uses barbless hooks, normally no larger than size 14, with a maximum of two rods per peg. Braided main line, fixed rigs, floating baits, artificial baits, nuts, meat, bloodworm and jokers are prohibited. Keepnets are not allowed for ordinary pleasure fishing. Juniors under 16 must remain accompanied by an adult, and a day ticket must be purchased before fishing.
