About Mere Lane Fishery

The current Mere Lane site confirms four separate waters: Specimen Lake, Old Course Lake, The Canal and Doughnut Lake. Each is managed as a distinct part of the fishery, with the specimen water providing the dedicated carp option and the other lakes serving broader coarse and match fishing. The price list is explicitly dated April 2026. Day-ticket and overnight fishing are available, with the fishery stating that both day and overnight sessions on Specimen Lake must be pre-booked. Match bookings are handled directly through the fishery office.
