About Ladywood Lakes

The Big Lake is a 10-acre gravel pit with depths reaching about 22 feet, plus bars, gullies, weed beds and two main bodies of water linked by a channel. Ladywood reports more than 450 carp in the lake, including a substantial number above 20lb and fish above 40lb. A track runs around most of the lake and allows parking behind many swims. The Small Lake covers about 2.5 acres and is stocked with more than 500 carp, making it the higher-action water. Both lakes operate on pre-booked sessions rather than turn-up day tickets.
