About Chorley Springs Fishery
The fishery is arranged around five spring-fed pools named Top, Middle, Bottom, Specimen and Runs. Together they provide 82 pegs and support day, night, annual and match fishing. Published species include several strains of carp to around 30lb, plus tench, chub, bream, perch, barbel, orfe, rudd and roach. Accessibility varies by pool: vehicles can be parked beside pegs on Specimen and Runs in suitable conditions, while Bottom has a designated disabled peg close to its gate.
