About Luton AC River Ouse Wyboston
Luton Angling Club controls a River Great Ouse stretch running from the South Lagoon inlet past the former boathouse and towards the boundary behind Heron Lake. Parking is available behind several swims, with further hard-standing parking at the nature reserve giving short walks to the remaining pegs. The river produces carp, chub, bream, tench, pike, perch and roach. Members and non-members can fish by day or night without advance booking, and authorised bailiffs collect cash ticket payments on the bank. Overnight fishing is limited to one night with no successive nights. All fish must be returned and dogs are not allowed at the venue.
