About Lee Valley Fisheries - Stanstead Innings

Stanstead Innings comprises three contrasting gravel-pit waters on one Lee Valley Fisheries permit. Abbotts Lake is the largest, with formal swims, islands, gravel bars, weed beds and shallow plateaux. Banjo Lake is a narrower water fished from one bank towards the far margins, while Stock Pit is a smaller, intimate lake reached by a boardwalk with platform swims. Carp are joined by tench, pike, roach and rudd across the complex. Fishing is from numbered swims only, several car parks serve the venue and a membership waiting list is currently operated.
