About Harrold-Odell Country Park

Harrold-Odell Country Park provides season-ticket fishing on 35-acre Grebe Lake, the smaller Kingfisher Lake and permitted sections of the River Great Ouse. Grebe Lake holds carp, pike, perch, bream and tench, while Kingfisher also contains roach and other mixed coarse species. The river stretch offers barbel, chub, pike and perch fishing. Permits run for the statutory season from 16 June to 14 March; individual day tickets and guest fishing are not available. All fish must be returned and keepnets are prohibited. Anglers must use established swims and check the permit map because some banks are excluded from fishing.
