The Bottom Lake has produced carp to 30lb and averages around 12lb to 15lb, while the Middle Lake record is 20lb with an average of about 8lb to 12lb. Five Oaks Fishery venue rules

A valid Environment Agency rod licence, barbless hooks, a landing net and an unhooking mat are required. Fish must be returned promptly and must not be retained in sacks; keepnets are allowed only for authorised matches. Rods must not be left unattended, and wading, swim raking, swimming and unapproved fires or barbecues are prohibited. Under-16s need experienced adult supervision, and dogs must remain on a lead.
