About Docklow Pools
Docklow Pools is an established fishing and holiday complex in the Herefordshire countryside, offering nine lakes with day-ticket, member and resident access depending on the water. The current day ticket covers Mickey Mouse, Moby Dick and Figure of Eight lakes. Tickets are purchased through the on-site tackle shop, and the fishery says anglers do not normally need to reserve a peg. Day-ticket fishing starts after dawn and finishes one hour before dark, with no night fishing allowed. Species listed across these waters include carp, crucian carp, rudd, bream, ide, roach, tench, barbel, F1s, gudgeon, perch and hybrids. Moby Dick has 36 pegs and is noted for good access and parking, while the intimate 15-peg Figure of Eight is aimed particularly at float and pleasure anglers. Other pools have separate membership or accommodation requirements, so visitors should not assume a general day ticket covers the full complex.
